Training Machines

BEAR MACHINE

  

The BEAR Machine: used for ballistic exercises. Jump squats and rapid squats allows for heavy weight to be moved safely. Jumping with heavy weight while maintaining the speed is the main component to this machine.

LEAPER MACHINE

  

The Leaper: SAFE accommodating resistance, user creates the resistance based on strength levels. No soreness will occur using this machine. You can do up to 60 reps in a given set and as low as 15 for the slower speeds.

PLYOJUMPER

PLYOJUMPER

  

The Jumper: Band resistance, allows repetition and volume safely. Can be used for strength exercises like squats, good mornings, lunges, step ups…. Speed work will include single leg jumps along with double leg jumps, squats jumps, isometric holds etc. This machine can hold up to 500lbs of band resistance easily.
